More than 20 people were killed in a Russian missile strike on the Ukrainian city of Sumy on Sunday, officials said. Reporting from Kyiv, FRANCE 24’s Olliver Cragg said that rescue operations are still ongoing, and that 10 people have been hospitalised according to local authorities.
