A Good Bundle is a rag-tag alliance of a great many indie game devs, from big dogs to folks with one smallish title to their name. It’s a game bundle, sure, but it’s not your typical bundle. There are 151 games (& tools) by 115 devs in here, and it’s all for charity: split 50/50 between Planned Parenthood and the ACLU.

Tagline: “A Good Bundle is a bunch of creators sharing their works to combat some of the ugliness in our world.”

So, yeah, GamerGate’s going to be pissed. If you don’t believe me, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page: the last game you’ll see is Zoe Quinn’s Depression Quest. Gods, I can’t wait for her collaboration with Chuck Tingle. <3

Depression Quest, of course, is available free, as are a number of the other hundred or-so games in the $2 tier. A Good Bundle, and the folks contributing to it, are making a statement, if that wasn’t obvious already, and a show of unity.

At the top of the ticket are a number of groundbreaking titles: you should already own Proteus, Gone Home, The Novelist, and Read Only Memories, but if No Pineapple Left Behind, Catlateral Damage, Panoramical, and/or Sokobond are on your wish list, or if you want to get in on the alpha for Catacomb Kids, giving $20 to charity is a pretty sweet deal. For that matter, if you only make games and don’t play them, all of GameappMaker Co.’s graphics extensions for Unity are there too.

Go, play. It’s not illegal, not yet.
